Empowering individuals to break through preconceptions and design the cultures they need at work

The Knowledge Gap
It is true that a number of significant studies have recently been done on how employees react to a pre-defined company culture (engagement, retention and talent aquisition metrics etc…), but the question of how employees can contribute to design of the company culture themselves in the first place has rarely been considered.

Consequently, creative digital professionals have little basis, other than advice from the leadership industry, from which to develop an approach to culture design as employees. Through a literature review, designing and testing workshops, creating a set of recommendations and tools, I hope to bridge this knowledge gap. I want to present the industry with a fresh approach on how culture can be designed bottom-up.
